This session will look at how the multidisciplinary team can support women with type 1 diabetes using hybrid closed loop (HCL) during pregnancy, including, optimising settings, patient choice of HCL system and current research available. This session will also include how to best set postnatal settings and manage steroid use with HCL. Current guidelines and evidence behind the use of continuous glucose monitoring in type 2 diabetes will also be discussed. All sections will include how the multidisciplinary team can support women during pregnancy.
