This panel discussion explores the principles of lifestyle medicine, focusing on four key pillars: nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, increasing connection and reducing harmful substances.

1. Nutrition - Healthy Eating 
Will be exploring Nutrition and the role of real foods and reducesing ultra processed foods in disease prevention and management of conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and obesity along with offering practical and cultural dietary guidelines and tips for sustainable eating habits.

2. Increasing Social Connections
Highlighting the importance of community engagement in promoting health initiatives and addressing health inequalities by meeting the needs of local and diverse communities, building and maintaining strong social networks.
