Amy was born with a very rare and serious congenital heart defect, giving her only a 20% chance of survival. She spent a lot of her childhood fighting for her life in hospital. At the age of 18, Amy found fitness and 5 years later she is a certified personal trainer, and has managed to push her heart transplant back by 10-15 years. She is changing the narrative of her condition and proving to young children with heart conditions that they are limitless.
