Ann Garry is the co-founder and joint CEO of HCA. In her leadership role at HCA, Ann focuses on developing the health and wellness curriculum and advancing the Health Coaching profession. As a member of BANT and CNHC, she regularly speaks at industry events to promote health coaching and foster professional collaboration. Since 2012, Ann has trained and mentored numerous health practitioners, guiding them to success in their own businesses and she has embedded this expertise into HCA’s business training. Ann has a special interest in the science of longevity and believes in empowering people to take control of their health through small, sustainable actions that promote well-being into their later years. Outside of work, Ann enjoys walking, yoga, traveling, health retreats, spa weekends, and exploring new recipes in the kitchen.
