Dr Paul Mackenzie has a clinical nursing background having worked in multiple settings in end of life and palliative care, oncology, the community, renal, medicine, health inequalities, health promotion. He took up a cancer network role in 2001 and then supported the diabetes programme from 2016. He has worked in clinical networks for over 20 years supporting the delivery of national policy ambitions.
