Dr Sundhya Raman is a medical doctor with a DPhil in Genetics/Epigenetics and qualified in Lifestyle Medicine with the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine and British Society of Lifestyle Medicine. Dr Raman founded ‘My Wellness Doctor’, a lifestyle medicine health consultancy. She regularly presents talks and teaching on lifestyle medicine and healthy ageing to both medical professionals and the lay public. Dr Raman runs a lifestyle to lower cholesterol programme in primary care. She authored the diet section for JBS4 and co-authored the section on physical activity. She contributes to media publications on lifestyle advice to prevent chronic disease.
