Helen is a registered Dietitian and Associate Nutritionist. She joined charity Public Health Collaboration to manage The Lifestyle Club (TLC), a programme for adults living with type 2 diabetes. Having witnessed the devastation of type 2 diabetes with her dad, Helen is passionate about helping people understand their condition and feel empowered to do something about it. Her aim is for TLC to support primary care across the UK to help more patients achieve type 2 diabetes remission through diet and lifestyle changes.
