My name is James Ball I am the Diabetes Health and Wellbeing Coach in Barnsley with the main purpose of increasing referrals into the NDPP and T2DR programmes as well as coaching patients on a 1-1 basis to make healthy lifestyle changes to prevent long term health conditions or to help manage them. My passion has always been in helping people to live a healthier life either through exercise or education around diet.
