James Goolnik is a practising dentist with a Masters degree in Conservative dentistry. James was previously President of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He is a judge for both the Dental Industry Awards and the Private Dentistry Awards. James has also been voted the most influential person in dentistry in the UK twice by the trade magazine, Dentistry. Having worked in the same practice in Central London for over 22 years, he has witnessed first-hand how sugar damages teeth and the oral cavity on a daily basis. His second book titled "Kick Sugar" is a cookbook which helps people to reboot their taste buds.
