Julie is a Senior Clinical Nurse Advisor with Medicareplus International where she has worked for the last two years. Julie commenced her career in respiratory medicine and then worked as a tissue viability specialist for 22 years. She was also a Lecturer/practitioner for the University of Plymouth. She has published widely and has shared her work at National and International conferences. Julie has won several awards including a Wounds UK award and the Nursing Standard Biosurgery award. She enjoys her current role and the opportunity to continue to grow and share her knowledge of skin and wound care.
