Kerys Thomas is an Advanced Heart Failure Pharmacist working in the NHS in South Wales.
She currently works as part of the Community Heart Failure Team with her own caseload and has established virtual heart failure MDTs and education sessions for Primary Care Clinicians and developed potassium management clinics for patients with heart failure, ensuring optimization of their heart failure treatments and better access to specialist medicines.
Kerys is currently leading on the development of a Heart Failure Annual Review Service and Rapid Optimisation Clinic.
