Laura Crompton worked in the NWC Clinical Network for over 6 years and specialised in the delivery of the diabetes programme. Laura established multiple programmes supporting children and young people to access technology and reduce inequalities for transition and supported the delivery of national policy ambitions across the North West. Laura has strong programme management skills and is driven to improving care for communities and has recently moved to work on transformation within Local Authority.
