Lisa has been involved in the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme since its inception in Lincolnshire in 2016 - first as one of the Health & Wellbeing Coaches delivering this fabulous world leading, evidence based programme across Norfollk, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire. She has extensive knowledge and experience of the Programme and its evolvement during this time and the lives that it has improved as a result of participating. Laterly, she has been championing the link between women with a history of Gestational Diabetes and also women transitioning through the Peri-Menopause and Menopause and the increased link they share for developing Type 2 Diabetes.
