Molly Caba is a Research Assistant with a background in health psychology working at the Leicester Diabetes Centre, a collaboration between the University of Leicester and University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. Molly works across a range of projects relating to the design, development and evaluation of diabetes self-management education programmes. As a qualitative researcher, she has been involved in conducting interviews with different populations to explore and understand their experiences, views, and needs in relation to their health and well-being, and management of their chronic condition(s). She has a keen interest in behaviour change and person-centred care.
