Paul Coker was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes 46 years ago at the ge of 5 years old. With little guidance he taught himself how to exercise and manage his blood glucose levels and he went on to climb Kiliimanjaro and to run 40 years of living with diabetes he ran 40 half mararthons in a year. Paul has become a regular speaker at the ExTOD (Exercise and Type One Diabetes Program). In the diabetes community he is best known for the website 1bloodydrop.com
