Sam is a HCPC registered Dietitian with 17 years’ experience across the NHS and private practice. Through her Dietetic Practice Sam has developed her interest in behaviour change and communication skills and has recently completed an MSc Health Psychology. Sam currently works as Director of Behaviour Change Training alongside her clinical Dietetic role at Sunlight Nutrition Limited. Behaviour Change Training was established in 1998 with the vision of improving patient care and outcomes. Sam is passionate about supporting other healthcare professionals to develop their skills and confidence to have meaningful conversations with their patients about change.
